| This man was D. Pedro II (brazilian emperor), until 1889 when emperial family suffered a COUP. He always was nice man; the military that execited a coup, made a plan to kill our brazilian imperor. He had a beautiful history in Brazil, since his family have backed to Portugal and he has got alone in Brazil with only 5 years (alone) as brazilian emperor. His daughter Isabel princess has assign the law to making slaves free in 1888 and this was the bigger problem (problably what had made him lose his throne - finish relation to bourgeoisie. His remaisn is today at Petropolis in S. Pedro de Alcântara cathedral (at Petropolis, RJ), at royal family mausoleum. (Him remain with emperr Teresa Cristina remain; Isabel princess and Count d'Eu (isabel's husband)). It is worse it to visit!

Only here i have counted here 21 children! But D. Pedro I did not said about the indians. I take the risk, in Brazil it must have a trible called D. Pedro I. and... i have here in my chanel a visit to the Pedro Alvares Cabral's GRAVE at Carmos church in Rio de Janeiro (navigator who has descovered Brazil), he had lots of women (mainly between indians), it must have in Brazil another trible called Pedro Alvares Cabral's too.

She always was abolitionist Her marriage at Carmo's church, did not have slaves...but what schools at Brazil does not teach is that the Brazil had the REPUBLIC (hat we live today), the republicans were slave's owner and of course, they did not want lose them (the slave had value), but lthough pressure, Isabel princess assigned in 1888 the LEI ÁUREA to become all slaves "definitly free". | Finally, the INTERNET is making the true appear! Maybe THE BEST WOMAN this country already had, Isabel princess... she has already known she would lose the kingdom if write the law to making the slaves freedom! She has suffered lots of pressure from brazilian elite. The slavely were her moral problem following her since youth. She has already on front of Brazil 3 times during her father travel (D. Pedro II, the king - in one of this opportunities, she has written the law of belly free that become all black childreen free), so although all pressure, in 1888 he has signed the LEI ÁUREA, what has become all slaves "without exception", finally free! In consequence, the brazilian elite has broken relation to imperial family and in lass then one year late, they executed a COUP and Isabel princess has lost her kingdom. Partculary, i think she would have made a civil WAR to have the kingdom of Brazil back (i have already studied about this), and i have discovered Isabel princess said she would not put brothers fighting agains brothers! I do not agree (she would had to readed Maquiavel), the world is not for people too nice!! If it would happen with D. Pedro I alived, he would have take Brazil back!! Today, Brazil is a country without hope (a big mess with people who do not know his own history). Isabel princess has died in a castle in France missing a country she was forbiden to come back.

| It is interestin for woman and girls understand, for imperial families around the world, finish the marriage is not an option for woman. It would be an embarrassing for bouth countries. Nowaday women can choose stay byside her husband or not! For imperial family, not! Besides everything leave husband would be a shame (same as be against God's law). Cause this, empress Leopoldina have not left from D. Pedro I (there is a video here that show all women and how many children D. Pedro I has done with each one - i have counted 21), of course, he has done children with brazilian indian too... it has not appear an indian women at video, i have thought it strange! | What makes me most sad for the child7ren is that today, in terms of educational studies (for those who study literature, pedagogy, etc.), we know that there are PHASES in growth (playtime; more serious study; work). Back then (the first image of Dom Pedro I's two children), it's an illustration, but if they had the knowledge we have today about these phases (these children were exposed to responsibilities too early), certainly if they could choose, this wouldn't be their option. But, for today's Brazil (with one of the worst education systems in the world), the preparation of an "imperial heir" was impressive!

Naquela época (a primeira imagem de 2 filhos de D. Pedro I), é ilustração, mas se tinha o conhecimento de hoje sobre essas fases (essas crianças foram expostas à responsabilidades desde cedo demais), certamente se pudessem escolher não seria essa opção.
